At least 5 days for most treats, and 1–2 weeks for large or fully custom event orders. Shop orders needed on short notice carry a rush fee, shown on each product page and at checkout before you pay. Custom event orders placed within 2 weeks of the event may also be subject to a rush fee.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due once your order is ready, before pickup or delivery — usually within a week of your event. Larger or last-minute orders can differ, so the exact terms are confirmed on your invoice. No changes can be made within 2 weeks of the event date.

Cake jars, cookies (cookie platters too), and sugar nuts ship nationwide — allow about a week from your order for shipping and tracking. Chocolate-covered strawberries, banana pudding and custom treats are local pickup & Nashville-area delivery only.

Someone must be home to receive your order. Please give a phone number we can reach on delivery day. If someone else will receive it, add their name and number in the order notes. Our treats are fresh and delicate, so we don’t leave orders at the door. If you ask us to leave an order unattended, it’s left against our advice and can’t be refunded or remade.

Yes — we offer fundraisers on our cake jars. Reach out and we'll set it up.

Birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate gifts — yes. Share your event date, the treats and quantities you'd like, your theme or colors, and your desired pickup/delivery time on the custom-order form, and we'll be in touch within 24–48 hours.

Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. Please note allergies on your order and we'll advise on the safest options.
